The Grit Difference

We don't cut corners. We simply build the best Class B camper vans for sale without compromise.

Experience the Grit Difference in a Generational Link 148

Our Philosophy

We have created a Generational RV that will last a lifetime!

The Link 148 AWD camper van gives Seattle adventurers the reliability they deserve, not the headaches they dread. Your travel companion should open doors to Olympic National Park and the beauty of the Olympic Peninsula; it should never limit your journeys. Built to keep you moving forward, the Link 148 allows you to create lasting memories with family and friends while navigating Seattle’s rugged landscapes. Travel with assurance, not apprehension.

Engineered to match the toughness of its Ford chassis, the Link 148 provides unmatched longevity for Seattle explorers in search of a lifelong travel partner. This Class B RV functions as a heritage vehicle designed to endure generations of discovery.

We surpass the temporary gadgets and social media showpieces. Seattle travelers require Class B RVs that function flawlessly when snow blankets Mount Rainier or when coastal winds howl along the Pacific shores. Our mission stays clear: engineering dependable AWD camper vans for Seattle residents seeking both comfort and thrills in remote settings.

MADE IN THE USA

We build our adventure vans in Southern Seattle. Dedicated to our vision, we arrive each day committed to producing exceptional vehicles we fully support.

The Link 148 incorporates materials from local sources when possible. We believe in supporting sustainable methods and strengthening businesses across the state of Seattle, an approach that also contributes to building economic stability throughout our nation.

We Build Our Vans to Last a Lifetime

The varied landscape of Seattle challenges an AWD camper van unlike anywhere else. From rainforests to mountain passes, the Link 148 meets these challenges as a true generational RV constructed for the long haul. You won’t find rickety wooden cabinets or constant maintenance requirements. Thanks to solid construction and sound-dampening technology, you can concentrate on exploration, not mechanical issues.

Grit Overland focuses on delivering practical utility instead of creating the most photogenic all-wheel drive vehicle online. Seattle adventurers get Class B campers that provide three fundamental characteristics: endurance, sturdiness, and consistency.

With meticulously welded aluminum construction and secured connections using threaded inserts, the Link 148 AWD camper van offers Seattle explorers sustained durability and straightforward maintenance. Engineered for a smooth, noise-reduced experience, the Link 148 stands as the preferred choice for serious adventurers. Including integrated bathroom capabilities, it truly represents a legacy vehicle designed to function for decades, ready to serve future generations.

Safety & Certifications

Meets FMVSS (“Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards”) rating for the United States.

All Grit Overland Van Models are inspected, certified & receive a serial number.  (Our manufacturing exceeds all fire safety, electrical & plumbing industry standards.)

UV-Stabilized Marine Board

  • Stands up to the elements without absorbing moisture.
  • Doesn’t require edge band finishing or coatings to seal it & make it look good. (These are 2 major points of failure we totally avoid).

Top-Of-The-Line Vinyl Flooring

We’ve tested dozens of flooring materials & this is the best we’ve found thus far.

The flooring material is only half of the durability equation. We also consider the compatible methods for adhering it.

  • Will it stay adhered under extreme conditions? (Like: cold, heat, direct sunlight).
  • What does it look like after heavy use? (Scratched, dented, under heavy items, after wet items, etc.)

Marine-Grade Upholstery Material

Even our upholstery includes a water proof layer, to prevent moisture from penetrating into the underlying substrate.

Lighter Panel Material

Because our framing creates the needed structural support, we can use lighter panel material in many places.

Locally Sourced & Sustainable Materials

We locally source panels made from 100% plantation and sustainable wood sources that contain no tropical species.

Go Farther & Stay Longer
